If I'm Reelected To Continue To Serve Our Community

First of all, I’d like to continue the budget-conscious approach of continuing to find ways to expand our road maintenance program and strengthen our partnerships with the Campton Township and Plato Township Highway Districts. I’d also like to continue vehemently supporting the brave and tireless men and women of our Police force, as well as their efforts to obtain grant funding to further expand their resources.

In addition, I’d like to continue my work to preserve and protect our way of life and the uniqueness of Campton Hills. As we saw just months ago with the proposed Charles Farm development of over 2,000 homes just to our South, the threat of suburban-style development still looms large. Through our zoning ordinance, comprehensive plan, and efforts to help our neighbors, we can control our destiny and continue to live up to the mission and vision statements of our village.

Finally, I’d like to continue to work to increase the effectiveness of our Village Board and our meetings. We need to be able to serve with civility, professionalism, dignity, and competence. I hope to continue my efforts to further develop our Village Board into an effective body that our community can be proud of.
